Is soft washing safe for my roof? +
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure — similar to a garden hose — combined with a professional bio-wash solution. High-pressure washing actually damages tile and voids manufacturer warranties. Soft wash kills the algae, mold, and mildew at the root so it stays clean longer.
Will pressure washing damage my pavers or travertine? +
Not if you use the right pressure. Travertine and natural stone need a lower PSI than concrete. We adjust our equipment accordingly and keep distance to ensure the stone stays intact. We do not use surface cleaners on travertine.
Do you serve my area? +
We serve all of Miami-Dade County and Broward County. That includes Miami, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Kendall, Doral, Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and surrounding areas. Not sure? Just give us a call.
How do I know what something will cost? +

How often should I clean my driveway / roof? +
In South Florida's humidity, driveways and patios typically need cleaning every 6–12 months. Roofs last 2–3 years between soft washes, sometimes longer. Our recurring membership plans make it easy to stay on schedule.
Do I need to be home during the service? +
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the area being cleaned and a water source (usually your outdoor hose bib), we can get the job done. We'll send you a text when we're done.
